These terms govern your use of Fukunori. By accessing or using Fukunori, you agree to them.

The service

Fukunori provides retirement-income planning software for dividend investors. The service models scenarios, projects income, and surfaces guidance based on the data you provide and connect.

Not financial advice

Fukunori is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing Fukunori shows you, including AI-generated guidance from Sensei, constitutes personalized investment advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Investing involves risk; you may lose money. Consult a licensed professional before making investment decisions.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree to use Fukunori only for lawful purposes and only as described in these terms.

Subscriptions and payments

Fukunori offers subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Max). Billing terms are presented clearly at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe under their Terms of Service. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the period.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.
• Do not upload data you do not have the right to provide.
• Do not use Fukunori to violate any law or third-party right.

Termination

You can stop using Fukunori at any time and request data deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

Fukunori is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fukunori's aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
