Fukunori (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides retirement-income planning software for dividend investors. This policy describes what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you provide

When you create an account, we collect your email address and any profile information you choose to add (target retirement age, income goals, lifestyle assumptions). When you connect a brokerage or import from DivTrkr, we collect read-only information about your holdings, transactions, and dividend history.

Automatically collected information

We collect minimal product analytics — page views, feature usage, and crash reports — to understand how Fukunori is used and to improve it. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

How we use your information

• To provide, maintain, and improve Fukunori.
• To generate your retirement plan, scenarios, and Sensei guidance.
• To communicate with you about your account and product updates.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations.

How we protect your information

• All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
• Brokerage connections are read-only; we cannot move money or place trades.
• Authentication is handled by Clerk, an enterprise-grade identity provider.
• Access to production systems is limited and audited.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers we use to operate Fukunori (hosting, authentication, analytics, payments) and only as needed for them to perform their function. We may disclose information if required by law.

Your rights

You can access, export, or delete your data at any time from your account settings, or by emailing privacy@fukunori.io.

Changes

We may update this policy as Fukunori evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
